Through our “Back Office” programming, Fearless Commerce provides access to content, connections, and commerce to support Black women throughout their business building journey - from scaling to intentionally exiting on their own terms.
17% of Black women are starting or running new businesses. Yet, only 3% of Black women are running mature businesses.

Fearless Commerce was born out of the desire to see more Black Women celebrated and invested in for their accomplishments. Through our growth approach we:
AMPLIFY the products and services offered by Black Women and the circumstances impacting their businesses. Our signature coffee table books have celebrated the beauty and business of over 150 Black Women.
ACCELERATE the sustainability of businesses by providing programming that provide tools and resources focused on strengthening the “Back Office.”

Back Office BoardRoom
We know that having dedicated time to work on your business “back office” is not easy. The BoardRoom provides a confidential space for Black Women business owners to tackle pain points and access key fundamentals that are essential to development in growth.
High Growth Exchange
We are creating spaces where Black Women business owners can connect with current and future customers and partners to build and sustain the relationships that will help them sustain growth.
